The Best Practices newsletter, a bimonthly publication issued by the Center for Information-Development Management (CIDM), Denver, USA provides practical guidance for professional information-development managers, focusing on industry best practices and in-depth analyses of strategies being discussed in the executive conference rooms. It is written by publications managers for publications managers.

The documentation team at Fujitsu Enabling Software Technology GmbH has been using the DITA Open Toolkit as its authoring environment for many years. DITAworks developed by instinctools was deployed in 2009 to facilitate the administration of large documentation projects and enhance the usage of DITA features, especially for re-using content. Another strong point to decide for DITAworks was the easy integration with the Eclipse environment which is primarily used for software development.
